Bresaola with Porcini and Black Pepper

Our bresaola is best described as beef prosciutto. Dry-cured beef top round is elegant and lean, but when seasoned with porcini mushrooms and black pepper, its flavor gets funky and deep. It's all about the umami with this one. Slice thinly and serve with a arugula, Parmigiano, and nice olive oil. Average Weight: 1.5 lb.

There are no major allergens present in our products except Milk from the cheese in our Snack Packs and Italian Wedding Sausage as well as Soy, Wheat, and Sesame in our Korean BBQ Sausage.
 
None of our other products contain any major allergens.
