Whether you’re binge watching The Bear (again) or merely looking to zhuzh up your lunch, our Presliced Smoked Beef Salami works in place of slow roasted beef in this simplified Italian Beef Sandwich. When cravings hit, we stack our sandwich with tangy gardenia and sharp cheese on a soft Italian roll. With just a few simple ingredients you can pay homage to the Chicago classic in no time at all.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Brooklyn Cured Smoked Beef Salami

  • 1/2 cup Giardiniera

  • 6 Pepperoncini Peppers (sliced)

  • 4 slices of Provolone

  • 2 Tablespoons of Oil & Vinegar or Italian Dressing

  • 2 Soft Hoagie Rolls or Italian Bread

Directions

  1. Cut your roll or bread in half lengthwise and drizzle some Italian dressing on each open side.
  2. Layer Brooklyn Cured Smoked Beef Salami on one side of bread, folding each piece of salami in half for a thicker sandwich.
  3. Pile Provolone, peppers, and Giardiniera atop the Beef Salami and drizzle with a bit more Italian dressing.
  4. Top with the other half of your roll or bread, cut in half, and enjoy!
