Smoked Beef Salami Sandwich

Presliced Smoked Beef Salami on crusty seeded bread with Dijon, mayo, sharp white cheddar, and pickle chips. A serious sandwich.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Brooklyn Cured Presliced Smoked Beef Salami

  • 4 slices crusty seeded bread

  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  • 4 slices sharp white cheddar

  • Pickle chips, to taste

  • Flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper, to finish

Directions

  1. Lay out your bread slices. Spread Dijon on one side and mayo on the other.
  2. Layer sharp white cheddar on the mayo side.
  3. Fold each slice of Smoked Beef Salami in half and pile generously on top of the cheddar.
  4. Add pickle chips over the salami.
  5. Close the sandwich, press down firmly, and cut in half. Serve immediately.
