Hot Soppressata and Mozzarella Sandwich

Any of our Presliced Charcuterie will work in this sandwich, but fresh mozzarella, vinegary roasted red peppers, and pungent basil, makes our Hot Soppressata shine.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz. Brooklyn Cured Hot Soppressata

  • 4 oz. Mozzarella

  • Roasted Red Peppers

  • Sprig of Basil

  • Olive Oil and Vinegar of choice

  • 4 Ciabatta or other Italian-Style Bread

Directions

  1. Cut ciabatta or bread in half lengthwise and drizzle olive oil and vinegar on each open side.
  2. Layer Brooklyn Cured Hot Soppressata on one side of bread.
  3. Pile on mozzarella, roasted red peppers, and basil atop the Hot Soppressata and drizzle with more olive oil and vinegar.
  4. Top with the other half of your bread, cut in half, and enjoy!
