This Brunch Charcuterie Board is the ultimate centerpiece for any morning gathering. Built around Brooklyn Cured's signature artisan meats, this board layers bold, complex flavors with fresh, simple ingredients for a spread that looks as good as it tastes.

Ingredients

  • 12 mini croissants

  • 6 avocado halves

  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper

  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)

  • 5 oz. Brooklyn Cured Beef Salami Trio

  • 5 oz. Brooklyn Cured Italian Salami Trio

  • 12 Mini pancakes

  • 5 oz. Brooklyn Cured Belgian Ale & Lemon Zest Salami

  • 5 oz. Brooklyn Cured Bourbon & Sour Cherries Salami

  • 6 large eggs, hard boiled

  • 4 oz. cream cheese (side)

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup (side)

  • 1/4 cup jam, your favorite flavor (side)

Directions

  1. Place eggs in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, and cook for 10 minutes.
  2. Transfer to an ice bath, peel, and slice in half lengthwise.
  3. Halve and pit the avocados, leaving them in their skins for easy serving. Season cut sides with flaky sea salt and cracked black pepper just before placing on the board.
  4. Slice the Belgian Ale & Lemon Zest salami and Bourbon & Sour Cherries salami into 1/4-inch rounds and fan into separate sections on the board.
  5. Open the Beef Trio and Italian Trio. Fold or ruffle meats into rosettes or ribbon folds and arrange in generous clusters.
  6. Warm mini croissants and mini pancakes according to package directions.
  7. Spoon cream cheese into a small ramekin, pour maple syrup into a small pitcher, and transfer jam into a small jar with a spreader.
  8. On a large board, anchor with the bowls and ramekins first. Fill in with cured meats, chub slices, egg halves, and avocado halves. Tuck in croissants and pancakes. Scatter berries across open spaces for color. Serve immediately.
