Bresaola Salad with Arugula

Presliced Bresaola. Peppery arugula. Salty cheese.

You just need three ingredients to make this colorful and flavorful antipasto dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 packs Brooklyn Cured Bresaola - 2 oz each

  • 6 oz. Baby Arugula

  • 3 oz. Manchego, shaved

  • 1 tsp Lemon JuiceOlive Oil

  • Salt & Pepper

Directions

  1. Frame a medium sized round plate with sliced Brooklyn Cured Bresaola, leaving a space in the middle of the plate
  2. Place arugula in middle of plate
  3. Shave manchego atop arugula.
  4. Lightly garnish arugula and Bresaola with lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
